MIDO, MARCH 2013: NEW COLLECTION 

After the success of the styles “Be Basic” and “Be my queen”, Optimistic is going to present a new collection of sunglasses signed by Happiness. 

Here, the latest models embody the original concept of happiness through two 

different but complementary designs. 

Indeed, these two ideas perfectly blend in a very unique collection: Italian innovation and creativity.

A refined soul,  a set of soft shapes moulded on rigorous architectures, a vintage review reinterpreted in contemporary designs, lightweight materials and mild tones, comfort.

The rock and roll spirit, dusty and rebellious, rich of details and generational 

symbolism, gritty and punchy, skulls and studs original icons.

Each design is the result of a personal research ranging from the latest cutting-hedge designs and colour effects to the top quality materials:

'Grilamid': Is contemporary and unusual, extremely light and long-lasting.  

Its structure is both heat shock and crash resistant.

‘Cellulose Acetate’: Easily workable under industrial treatments that create unique colours and guarantee absolute  comfort.

The lenses from our collection are primarily made of CR39 and hold a certificate of warranty through a collaboration with 'Optics by Carl Zeiss Vision'.
